RESERVATIONS:

Guests will find special accommodations at our various resorts beautiful Destin and Fort Walton Beach areas by calling our local Group Reservations Department  9am-5pm cst at 850-466-8882. To make sure they are associated with your group rate they must inform the reservationist that they are part of the Perfect Games World Series 2023 group.  Your personalized group code is FLNWFGRP845.   All that is required to make reservations is a 50% advance payment of the rent with the balance due 30 days prior to check-in.

Guests may book directly on vacasa.com. Once booked, guests will send an email to group.reservations@vacasa.com with the Subject Line: <<Perfect Game Baseball 2023>>. The group discount will be applied at that time. Once we confirm the reservation, we will reply with a confirmation number which can then be accessed via a Vacasa online account or via the Vacasa APP.  

*Guests who book through a third party such as Expedia, AirBnB, Booking.com etc. will not be eligible to be associated with a group and are not eligible for any special group discount.
